Standard Shipping

We currently ship across Europe.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Free shipping on orders over €120.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delays

During product launches, holidays or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Returns & exchanges

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@citybilla.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)

Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on current stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Products marked as non-returnable
